Deleted Data:

Once you pass your driving test or stop taking lessons, we will delete the following data:

  • Emails related to driving tuition

The following data will be retained for six (6) years in line with HMRC regulations:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Payment Records (including refunds)

  • Date of Payments

  • Contact Number & Email (for business marketing purposes)

You have the right to request the deletion of your contact number and email address at any time.

 

4. Data Access & Sharing

Your data will not be shared with third parties except in the following cases:

  1. When requested by HMRC for financial records.

  2. With appointed accountants to ensure compliance with financial reporting.

When you pass your driving test, we may request your consent to:
